- To Send Communications: To send you our newsletter, ministry updates, and other communications you have subscribed to.
- To Fulfill Prayer Requests: To share your requests with our confidential prayer team so they can pray for you. If you provide your phone number, a Prayer Partner may contact you directly.
- To Process Student Applications: To evaluate and process applications for enrollment; to communicate with parents/guardians about their application; to request academic records from previous schools; and to ensure we can provide a safe and suitable educational environment.
How We Share and Disclose Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it in the following circumstances:
- With Internal Staff: Information is shared on a need-to-know basis. For example, application data is available to admissions staff. Prayer requests are shared only with our designated, confidential Prayer Team.
- With Previous Schools: To process an application, we may contact the student’s previous school to request academic records, as indicated on the application form.
- With Third-Party Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to help us operate.

- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request, such as a subpoena or court order.

This information is used exclusively for the educational and safety purposes outlined in this policy.
