  • Student Application: We may collect the student’s name, date of birth, address, prior school and grade information, as well as parent/guardian contact details. We also request relevant health, disciplinary, or educational history needed for admission consideration.

  • To Send Communications: To send you our newsletter, ministry updates, and other communications you have subscribed to.
  • To Fulfill Prayer Requests: To share your requests with our confidential prayer team so they can pray for you. If you provide your phone number, a Prayer Partner may contact you directly.
  • To Process Student Applications: To evaluate and process applications for enrollment; to communicate with parents/guardians about their application; to request academic records from previous schools; and to ensure we can provide a safe and suitable educational environment.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it in the following circumstances:

  • With Internal Staff: Information is shared on a need-to-know basis. For example, application data is available to admissions staff. Prayer requests are shared only with our designated, confidential Prayer Team.
  • With Previous Schools: To process an application, we may contact the student’s previous school to request academic records, as indicated on the application form.
  • With Third-Party Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to help us operate.
    • Planning Center: We use Planning Center to manage our newsletter. When you subscribe, we share your name and email address with Planning Center for the sole purpose of sending you these communications.   • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request, such as a subpoena or court order.

We collect information about prospective students (minors) only with the express consent of their parent or legal guardian, who provides the information directly to us through the application form. This information is used exclusively for the educational and safety purposes outlined in this policy.
