Our
Agape family wants you to know that we are here for you. We understand that
there are times where life can be tough, perhaps even overwhelming, and we want
you to know that you are not alone. Jesus Christ told us that for all who would
believe in Him, He would NEVER leave us [Matthew 28:20]. Our ministerial staff
is here to pray with you, listen to you, help you in any way we can. If you are
experiencing a problem or trial and would like to speak to someone, you can
contact a minister
through
e-mail. This communication will go direct to one of our pastors and will be
completely confidential. You can also submit prayer requests from our
contact page. These requests will be submitted to
our prayer partners ministry and be prayed over at our next service.
Agape
is active in trying to meet the needs of our community. Our
food pantry
is currently open on the 2nd
and 4th Wednesday nights of each month from 6:00 to 8:00pm and the 2nd Saturday
of each month from 9a - 12n. Anyone in need can come to the church during these
times to receive free groceries for their family. We also have a benevolence
fund that is used to assist families, who have fallen on hard times, with an
outstanding bill. For more information, please contact us via e-mail or by
calling the main church office.
Agape also has a
counseling team
made up of our congregation
members who have been certified as Lay Counselors by the American Association of Christian
Counselors. These counselors are here for you, using their own experiences,
training, and God's Word to help guide others through difficult times. If you are
interested in speaking to someone from this group, you can contact us through
e-mail and we will get you in touch with them. Again, all communication is
confidential.
Everyone
has times when they have a need, and then there are times when we can assist
others. If you feel a call to support one of the outreach ministries of Agape in
some way, please contact us through
e-mail.
We will get you all
of the information you need on how you can be a part of what God is doing through
this body of believers.
